Cancellation and Refund Policy

Version: draft 0.2 · Effective date: [TO BE CONFIRMED: publication date]

Draft for legal review, having regard to UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015) and the payment provider's rules. This is not an approved document.

1. Plans and billing

Free: no charge. Pro and Premium: monthly or annual subscription, renewed automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown in the account currency at the time of purchase. The annual plan equals 10 monthly payments.

Taxes: [TO BE CONFIRMED: how taxes will be shown and charged — depends on the chosen payment model].

2. Cancellation by the customer

You can cancel at any time in Settings → "Manage subscription" or "Cancel subscription". Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: access to the plan continues until that date and there is no further charge. Until then you can undo the cancellation. Afterwards the account returns to the Free plan without deleting your data.

3. Right to cancel (consumers)

Consumers may have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchasing a digital service. FluxVivo offers a full refund of the first payment if requested within 14 days (see section 4). [TO BE CONFIRMED: confirm with legal advice how this interacts with the statutory right when access starts immediately]

Business customers (B2B): [TO BE CONFIRMED: whether the right to cancel applies].

4. Refunds

  • First subscription payment: full refund if requested within 14 days of that first payment.
  • Renewals (monthly or annual): not refundable. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period already paid.
  • How to request: email support@fluxvivo.app within the 14 days. We reply within 2 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 calendar days, or sooner where required by law. The time it takes for the money to appear in your account depends on your bank and the payment processor.
  • Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

If Stripe acts as merchant of record (Managed Payments), refunds and disputes are also subject to its terms. [TO BE CONFIRMED: confirm the model and adjust this text]

5. Failed payments

If a renewal fails, Stripe retries the charge and access is kept during the retries. If payment is not resolved, the subscription ends and the account returns to the Free plan without deleting data. [TO BE CONFIRMED: number of retries and final deadline configured in Stripe]

6. Price changes

Price changes will be announced [TO BE CONFIRMED: notice period] in advance and apply from the next renewal.
