These Terms govern the use of FluxVivo, an online cash-flow management software for small and medium-sized businesses, provided by MILSON RAMOS SILVA, a sole trader in the United Kingdom trading as FluxVivo, address for notices 68 Devonshire Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP3 8AU, United Kingdom, email support@fluxvivo.app and VAT number [TO BE CONFIRMED: VAT number, if registered].
1. Acceptance
By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you may act on behalf of the registered business and that you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. The service
FluxVivo lets you record income and expenses and bills payable and receivable, view charts and produce reports in eight currencies (GBP, EUR, USD, BRL, CAD, AUD, CHF and JPY). Each entry and bill keeps the currency in which it was recorded; the service does not convert currencies and does not add up amounts in different currencies.
FluxVivo is an organisational tool. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal or financial advice and does not replace an accountant.
3. Account and security
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised use: support@fluxvivo.app.
4. Plans and payments
- Free — no charge; Pro — 5.99 per month; Premium — 9.99 per month, in the account currency (GBP, EUR, USD, BRL, CAD, AUD, CHF), without currency conversion. In JPY: Pro ¥600 and Premium ¥1,000 per month.
- Annual subscription (equal to 10 monthly payments, 2 months free): Pro — 59.90 per year; Premium — 99.90 per year, in the account currency; in JPY: Pro ¥6,000 and Premium ¥10,000 per year.
- Current testing phase: no real charges are made. Paid plans are only activated after Stripe confirms payment (test mode).
- Automatic renewal at the end of each period; cancellation and refunds as set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy (including a full refund if requested within 14 days of the first payment; approved refunds are processed within 14 calendar days, or sooner where required by law). 5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful activities, not to try to access other businesses' data, not to interfere with the system and not to resell access without permission.
6. Your data
The financial data you enter belongs to your business. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export it to Excel on plans that include this feature. [TO BE CONFIRMED: how data will be returned or deleted when the account is closed]
7. Availability
